Product Terms and Conditions

This product allows customers to purchase individual miniatures taken from the compatible packs listed in the configurator. Please read the following conditions carefully before placing your order:

Compatible miniatures. This product is valid exclusively for 28 mm or 32 mm monster cavalry miniatures. It is not valid for mounted miniatures, infantry, vehicles, chariots, artillery, monsters, large creatures, scenery or any other models that do not match this description, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Manual order review. All selections are reviewed manually before entering production. If a selected miniature does not meet the conditions of this product, cannot be clearly identified in the image or cannot reasonably be produced as an individual miniature, we may cancel the affected order line and refund its full amount through the same payment method used for the purchase. The rest of the order will continue as normal whenever possible.

Modular miniatures. For miniatures made from interchangeable or modular parts—such as heads, arms, weapons, shields, backpacks or other accessories—the final combination may differ from the model shown or marked in the image. We will always try to use the parts corresponding to the miniature selected by the customer, but we cannot guarantee that every component will exactly match the photograph.

One marker per design. Each different miniature must be marked only once. To order several copies of the same design, adjust its quantity in the selection summary instead of marking the same miniature several times.

Quantity discounts. Where applicable, quantity discounts are calculated based on multiple copies of the same design. Quantities of different miniatures are not combined to reach a discount tier unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Scale and proportions. The terms 28 mm and 32 mm refer to the scale specified for the original design. The actual height and volume of the miniature may vary depending on the designer, pose, equipment, integrated base and artistic proportions. Selecting the same scale does not guarantee that miniatures from different designers will have exactly the same height.

Miniature identification. Markers must be placed clearly over the desired miniature. If a marker covers several miniatures, is placed between two designs or does not allow us to identify the requested model with certainty, we may contact the customer for clarification or cancel the affected order line.

Reference images. The images shown in the configurator are used to identify the available designs. The final product may have minor differences in orientation, part arrangement, support removal or preparation for printing.

Bases and accessories. Bases, scenery elements, decorative parts and accessories shown in the images are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

Order notes. The notes field may be used to provide clarification, but it cannot be used to request custom modifications, pose changes, conversions, alternative parts or miniatures other than those selected through the configurator.

Availability and file viability. Initial acceptance of the order does not guarantee that every selected miniature can be produced. If the original file is no longer available, is damaged or does not allow the selected miniature to be separated correctly, the affected order line will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Hero discount exclusion. Miniatures classified as heroes are not eligible for quantity discounts. Multiple copies of the same design may still be ordered, but each copy will be charged at the applicable unit price, without duplicate or quantity-based discounts.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these conditions. These conditions do not limit any statutory consumer rights applicable under current legislation.
