Due to the nature of the products, the estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days from the date of placing the order. If the estimated time exceeds this time, we will contact you. as soon as possible to notify the new delivery deadline.

All miniatures are packaged in protective padded packaging. The shipment of orders will be made with recycled materials in most cases.

¿The bases are included?

Returns

Once the order is received, you have 14 days to check the status of the order. If during this period, you want to return the order, send an email to contacto@forja3d.es, indicating the order number, and we will tell you how to proceed with the return. The customer will be responsible for the expenses caused by the return

Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program

Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty and participation. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for the program:

1. Earning Points

1.1. For completed orders: Each completed order earns 200 points.
1.2. For product reviews:

Reviews without images earn 35 points.
Reviews with images earn 45 points.
A maximum of 15 product reviews per month is allowed per customer.

1.3. For store reviews: store review earns 10 points. (Max 1 per user)

2. Using Points

2.1. Points can be redeemed for discounts codes applicable to our product catalog, with the following limitations:

Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
The minimum order total to redeem points is €50 (before applying the discount).

2.2. Points can be combined with other offers, discounts, and promotions available in the store.

3. Point Validity

3.1. Points are valid for 60 calendar days from the moment they are credited to the customer’s account.
3.2. Points not used within this period will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated or transferred.
3.3. Discount codes generated with points are valid for 10 calendar days.

4. General Considerations

4.1. Points are personal and non-transferable.
4.2. The accumulation and use of points are subject to verification and approval by our team. We reserve the right to invalidate points obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
4.3. If an order is canceled, the points earned from that order will be automatically deducted.
4.4. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. In the case of significant changes, they will be communicated appropriately through our usual channels.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

5.1. This program is available only to registered customers on our platform.
5.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.

Newsletter Welcome Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is organised by the owner of the Forja3D online store. The promoter’s identification and contact details can be found in the Legal Notice available at www.forja3d.es.

2. Purpose of the promotion

Customers who subscribe to the Forja3D newsletter for the first time may choose one of the following welcome rewards:

€5 discount on an order with a product value of €60 or more.
Free pack of 4 rotating counters, valued at €5.95, on an order with a product value of €80 or more.

Each subscriber may choose only one of the two rewards.

3. Eligibility requirements

To receive the reward, participants must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide a valid email address.
Explicitly agree to receive the Forja3D newsletter and commercial communications.
Complete the email address confirmation process, where applicable.
Not have previously received a newsletter subscription welcome reward.

The promotion is limited to one reward per person, email address, customer account, postal address and household.

4. Delivery and use of the reward

Once the subscription has been successfully confirmed, the participant will receive a promotional code or the necessary redemption instructions by email.

The reward will remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date on which the code or redemption instructions are sent.

The promotional code must be entered in the shopping cart or during checkout before the order is confirmed. It cannot be applied after the order has been completed.

5. Conditions of the €5 discount

The €5 discount may only be used on orders with a product value of €60 or more.

The following amounts will not count towards the minimum order value:

Shipping costs.
Surcharges or additional services.
Products excluded from promotions, where this is expressly indicated.
Amounts covered by other discounts, vouchers or promotional codes applied to the order.

The discount:

Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Does not generate credit or a balance in favour of the customer.
Must be used in full on a single order.
Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or equivalent products.
Cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless expressly stated otherwise by Forja3D.

6. Conditions of the rotating counter pack

The free pack of 4 rotating counters may only be claimed with an order whose product value is €80 or more.

The same criteria described in the previous section will apply when calculating the minimum order value.

The pack:

Cannot be requested or shipped separately.
Must be included in the same order that meets the minimum purchase requirement.
Cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, store credit or other products.
Is subject to stock availability.
May feature minor variations in colour, design or finish compared with the promotional images, without affecting its functionality.

If the pack is unavailable, Forja3D may offer an equivalent product, a €5 discount or the option to wait until the product is restocked. Where reasonably possible, the customer will be informed of the available alternative before the order is dispatched.

7. Orders, cancellations and returns

If the entire order is cancelled, the reward will be considered used and the promotional code will not be automatically reactivated. Forja3D may provide a replacement code where the cancellation is not attributable to the customer.

If an order is returned in full or in part and the remaining order value consequently falls below the required minimum:

For the €5 discount, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid for the returned products.
For the rotating counter pack, the customer must also return the complete pack in suitable condition. If the customer chooses to keep it or fails to return it, €5.95 may be deducted from the refund, provided that the customer has been informed in advance.

These conditions do not restrict the customer’s statutory rights in cases involving defective products, incorrect orders or lack of conformity.

8. Unsubscribing from the newsletter

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Forja3D communications.

Unsubscribing will not affect orders already placed and will not require the return of a reward that has been validly redeemed. However, subscribing again at a later date will not entitle the customer to another welcome reward.

9. Misuse of the promotion

Forja3D may cancel promotional codes, rewards or orders where it detects:

False, temporary or fraudulently used email addresses.
The creation of multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards.
The unauthorised use of another person’s details.
Manipulation of the promotional system.
Any action intended to circumvent these terms and conditions.

In such cases, Forja3D may charge the customer for the complimentary product or deduct its value from any pending refund.

10. Promotion duration and amendments

The promotion will remain valid for as long as it is advertised on the Forja3D website.

Forja3D may amend, suspend or terminate the promotion for technical, commercial, stock-related or fraud-prevention reasons. Any amendments will not affect rewards that have already been validly obtained and remain within their redemption period.

11. Data protection

The information provided during subscription will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the promotion and sending the newsletter and other authorised commercial communications.

Subscribers may withdraw their consent and exercise their data protection rights using the methods described in the Forja3D Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in this promotion implies that the participant has read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

In the event of any discrepancy between the summary information displayed in an advertisement, pop-up window or subscription form and these terms and conditions, the provisions of this document will prevail, without prejudice to the statutory rights granted to consumers and users.
